Do I have to use my real name?+
No. You can use a nickname or any name you like. Your identity is yours to share or keep private.
Is TheraBesty a replacement for professional mental health care?+
No. TheraBesty is a wellness tool for self-improvement and reflection, not a medical service. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a qualified mental health provider.
What languages does TheraBesty support?+
Arabic and English. You can switch between them anytime from your profile settings.
How old do I have to be to use TheraBesty?+
You must be at least 13 years old to use TheraBesty.
Is TheraBesty available in my country?+
TheraBesty is available worldwide on iOS and Android. Some features may vary by region.

What are the wellness rooms?+
Each room has a topic — self-discovery, anxiety, relationships, and more. You pick a room, start a conversation, and the AI guides you through reflection. Think of it as journaling, but with someone who listens.
How does 'With a Stranger' work?+
You get matched with someone anonymous. No names, no profiles. You talk, and when you're done, everything disappears. All conversations are monitored by AI for safety.
Can the stranger I'm chatting with see who I am?+
No. Both sides are completely anonymous. No names, photos, or personal info is shared.
What is He & She?+
It's a guided space for you and your partner. TheraBesty acts as a smart mediator to help you communicate better and understand each other.
Does my partner see my private conversations?+
No. Your individual room sessions are private. He & She is a separate shared space that both of you join together.
What is The Bestys?+
Sometimes you need a real person. The Bestys connects you with certified mental health professionals for when you need more than a conversation.
Subscription & Pricing
Is TheraBesty free?+
Yes. You get free daily sessions. For unlimited access and all features, you can upgrade to premium.
How much does premium cost?+
Pricing varies by region. You can check current prices in the app. We offer monthly and annual plans.
Can I try premium before I pay?+
Yes. New users get a free trial period to explore all premium features.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
I paid but my premium isn't showing. What do I do?+
Go to Settings and tap 'Restore Purchases'. If that doesn't work, contact us at support@therabesty.com.
Privacy & Safety
Who can see my conversations?+
No one. Your conversations are encrypted and never shared with anyone — not even us.
Does TheraBesty sell my data?+
No. We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Ever.
Is the anonymous chat really anonymous?+
Yes. No names, photos, or identifying info is shared. Conversations are not stored after they end.
What happens if someone is being harmful in chat?+
All peer conversations are monitored by AI in real-time. Harmful content or harassment is detected immediately and the user is removed.
Can I delete all my data?+
Yes. Go to Settings and delete your account. All your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Account & Settings
How do I switch between Arabic and English?+
Go to your profile settings and tap your preferred language. The app switches instantly.
Does TheraBesty have dark mode?+
Yes. Toggle it from Settings in your profile.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+
Tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, enter your email, and you'll get a reset link.
Can I sign in with Apple or Google?+
Yes. You can sign in with your Apple ID, Google account, or email.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings in your profile and select 'Delete Account'. This permanently removes everything.
